In the year 2008, Japan launched the “300000 Foreign Student Plan”. This plan calls to increase the number of foreign students from 140,000 to 300,000 by 2020. It was announced by no less than Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda in his Policy speech to the 169th Session of the Diet (January 2008).

The objective of this plan is to make Japan a country that is more open to the world and to diversify the flow of people to and from Japan.

Foreign students from the Philippines going to Japan is at a stagnant number of no more than 500 students since 2003 to 2012. Despite Japans’ proximity, cheaper expense and safety, Filipinos still prefer English-speaking countries such as Australia, New Zealand or Great Britain.

Sometime in 2013, our company endeavored with great challenge to present to the Filipino people the advantage of studying in Japan. We encourage both parents and students to join our forums and presentations. In April 2014, we successfully sent our first batch of Filipino students and the rest was history.

We ready our students by providing 150 to 300 hours of Japanese Language Training and assist them in their documentation. LEAD Group of Companies is affiliated with Japanese Language & vocational schools, Colleges and Universities in very strategic locations in Japan. We send our students every January, April, July and October admissions.

The year 2014 was our breakthrough; the company takes pride in contributing to the growing numbers of Filipino Foreign students in Japan. Our main objective is to multiply the number of Filipino professionals through this program. We look forward in giving the best opportunity to our students by helping our graduates to look for the best and applicable employment opportunity.

We welcome and encourage everyone to join us in this great opportunity as we strengthen the cooperation between the Philippines and Japan.
